Persimmon Advisory provides written analysis and second opinion reports based on information submitted by the customer. Reports are delivered via email within 24 hours of submission.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method. All sales are final except as described in our satisfaction guarantee below.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your report, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will revise your report or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Persimmon Services LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or reliance on any report. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the report in question.
All reports produced by Persimmon Advisory are the intellectual property of Persimmon Services LLC and are licensed to you for personal use only.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
